I wish the Democrats would properly address the assertion of wanting to “cut and run” or as Dumsfeld put it - “tossing in the towel” by detailing that what we are fed up with is the misguided execution and stubborn stay the course mentality of the administration’s handling of this war.  If they would lay out what this “course” is that we should be staying on, how it leads to success, how we measure progress etc… then maybe a lot more of us would not feel like our troops are just needlessly treading water over there.  It’s about time we start asking these types of questions instead of reinforcing the idea that we all want to cut and run!
