Nobel Laureate George W. Bush? (11:20 am)

Former Vice President Al Gore received his Nobel Peace Prize on Monday. (Read excerpts of his acceptance speech.)

The next day, in a surprising move, the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 to revoke the Nobel and award it to George W. Bush instead. Justices cited peace in Florida’s electoral process as the reason for their decision.

The use of torture by the US Government is proof that we are living in a Police State. In fact, we are living in a Two Party Police State. The mass media is the propaganda arm of Corporate America. The US Congress is a Parliament of Corporate Whores. Most Americans don’t give a damn. The masses have their heads up their asses. Just ask your relatives, they really don’t care about the state of the nation, and they don’t want to know. They are the vast majority. I wish I could see something positive in our future, but I don’t. The concentration of wealth and power in the hands of fewer and fewer is not going away. This did not have to be, but is.

Folks like Harry need to read more - they apparently are unfamiliar with the concepts of “police state”. Lucky them!

The real question is:

Is GWB a great president?

or

Is GWB the greatest president ever?

Its a toughie.

I guess those are the questions the people who live outside of the reality-based community are asking themselves.

Yeah that would be us, the readers of this site (definitely not reality based!).

Or could it be a Colbertism? Too bad liberals have no sense of humor!
